Topic	It's time to drop the 'LGBT' from 'LGBTQ'

Queer is a broad enough term where I wouldnt really have a problem with it, and it does get tiring using LGBTQIA+, but I dont think Id ever use just the letter Q because people will just confuse it with Qanon, and I certainly dont want any kind of association with that drivel. Also, this is the first time Im seeing a second A added to the acronym. Does that stand for agender? Asexual and allies afaik Unless it is agender and the + is for allies?
