Topic	Are Sick Days and Personal Days the same in America?

Theres also bereavement leave which doesnt get subtracted from our PTO balance. At my wifes job, she gets PTO, sick, vacation, and bereavement leave, which all accrue simultaneously. So she gets like a total of 6 or 7 weeks off a year if she takes it all. Plus the last two weeks of the year the office is closed for the holidays and she gets paid for that too. whats her job?
