Coin Purse is useful if you have absolutely nothing else to grab and you need it. Pierced Butterfly is fine, but I generally enjoy Lambent Plume if I'm doing a one-keepsake-only run. Bone Hourglass is the way to go. The buffs are so good and it's honestly the best place to spend your obols. I typically like taking it for Elysium, but if I got a particularly good run, I'd keep it on for Styx too. All the other keepsakes, I don't have any real opinion on. --- I feel completely refreshed.
