Its hard to really know the truth because it could just the other person misinterpreting him and his feelings and/or being upset at the whole situation being over. Some women seem to think that men "owe" them a relationship just b/c she sleeps w/ them, and get really mad when he quickly ditches her and she realizes she made a poor life choice.
