It seemed like every site was hyping it up pre release, like it would be the greatest game in the history of games, then it fell off a cliff a month or two after. essentially what happened with the last two seasons of game of thrones as well... I still get irrationally angry thinking about that to this day. I have such fond memories, and conversations with people about seasons 1-6... watching the first two seasons during a big winter storm, walking to a convienence store because all the cars are snowed in and talking about specific theories and ideas about white walkers and such.
