1) Peanut butter- Typical Peanut butter is a very high dense calorie food and the protein count is not worth the extra calories you are intaking. Peanut butter is that toxic gf or family member that you do not need in your life at all but continue to justify keeping them in your life lol. Stick to Pb2 powder or something make it way better for you.

Bonus- Dried fruit, but the only dried fruit I like is the mango from trader joes :) It is a high calorie dense food loaded with sugar....QUITTT
there's low sugar cereal out there.

peanut butter isn't bad. yeah it's caloric dense, but it can keep you fuller longer vs refined carbs. Everything in moderation
