Its better than nothing but definitely not the same as having access to a decent gym.

I overstated it i guess and doing anything is obviously far better than nothing, but there's still a lot to be said for having everything and having no concerns about pissing neighbour's off.
Fair enough once you get to a certain level in the "hobby" but most people would probably be fine with a dumbbell setup and maybe a multi-purpose bench

I got a stupid ass piano i wanna get rid of to put my bench in my house. But pianos.. Yeah. They heavy
