Of course money should be used in making sure women have every self-care necessity provided, but not only does free pads/tampons not detract from that, it actually starts to make it a reality. You're basically saying, "We should offer them everything they need, but we can't, so let's give them nothing," instead of realizing that this is the first step in making it happen. --- There is no good.
