Just Medica II is usually fine if they're not gonna get hit again imminently. Use additional Medicas after that if they need to be healed up immediately. You should generally be using assize on cooldown, but that also heals a decent amount. There's also asylum, but people might be dumb and refuse to stand in the bubble.
