| Cleo_II 03/12/21 11:24:21 AM #1: | 6 months off! Ill be busy for most of it but I have maybe 2-4 weeks before she gets here. Just got Immortals Fenyx to help pass some time and relax while I can. My replacement at work is in a panic over me leaving. Shes still not ready though Ive tried my best to train her and help her prepare. Some things just wont come without experience and time though. Like super tough negotiations, or how to have conversations with high level executives. Yesterday I had my performance review and got glowing feedback. But no promo. My manager was talking about having me lead some things when I get back so it would be a no brainer next year. I dunno if I trust that so Im just gonna play it by ear in September when I get back. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
