I for example take a bus (state affiliated) to work and there isnt capacity limit on it. So now you want people to wear masks and distance but even the local governments arent adhering to that guideline when it comes to their departments for the most part.
Al But there's a medical reason for serving liquids? Or is he saying that COVID is serious enough that we should take that risk and make masks mandatory *all* the time in planes?

B) I think part of what I'm missing (not from you but from him and people explaining his viewpoint) is an an acknowledgement of nuances/contexts - he seems to repeatedly say "Person or organization said A, therefore they should *always* ask for A"

C) I'm not sure how local governments deciding not to follow things connects to his point?
