But yeah, it's kinda funny how stigmatized video games were in the 90s. I remember trying to have a convo about Twisted Metal at school with my buddy once and he actually said "man, don't talk about that so much here, it's not cool" but we all played a shit ton of games. But he wasn't wrong, at the time it was kinda frowned on. Which is weird considering it's not like anyone hated them. I can't even remember what we talked about back then.
