I think that just leaves one more, the older brother to the Serbian genocidal maniac guy. He doesn't look like he's much for gunplay, but he has deep pockets. Maybe that's why Jack and George are in a random field somewhere about to have a "what's a Russian gunship doing here?" moment. Oh, and the senator spilled the beans on the scandal and made a convincing case for being an upstanding dude.
