I have seen a few movies she's in and I just don't get the appeal, is it just because "lol fat people doing wacky things"? I suspect there's an odd case of, "Don't fat-shame! Also, here's a totally unfunny fat person for you to laugh at. Laugh at her, because no shame!" Like, dude, she's made being fat part of her thing and isn't at all funny with or without any fat jokes she, herself, plays a part of. The non fat jokes are subpar as well. Heck, one of the handful of reasons the Ghostbusters reboot failed is because of how much her brand was forced into the whole picture, but we can't criticize how bad she is because that would somehow be fat shaming, when it's not.
