If you ever grew or stayed a decent amount of time in those neighborhoods, youd know there are many issues that I truly dont think the government can fix. Its unfair blaming the teachers or even the kids. The best suggestion Ive seen was the person who said to give each kids partner some money. Instead of throwing so much needless money at the school, send them to the partner and perhaps it can help them provide for their kid and less financial trauma to the family. Perhaps an financial incentive for attendance or doing well in school. It wont fix everything but itd definitely be an improvement --- Ooouuu ... Copied to Clipboard! |
