and my point was that some people believe that she should not be held accountable for her crimes because she was the victim of abuse too. as an example, someone here said, they should both "just walk away", which suggests no charges and accountability for her actions. just move on and do nothing about it.

So "literally no thinks that" is untrue. That's what I was referring to. Perhaps some judge/jury will think that, as you said. If they decide not to charge her because of their interpretation of the circumstances, where he also did things to her, then it's saying that her crimes are voided because of someone else's crimes, which I don't think is a good thing.
