Radfem is usually used to describe movements that think everything is a social construct and will often posit that women and men have identical sex drives, etc. She is making arguments that often get derided as "biotruths" in those circles. As a biologist I agree with what she is saying but it runs opposite to what I was taught in Women's Studies courses.
