Making a joke about the death of a man who has been one of the leading images behind the messaging about police violence against black people for a stupid dance poster is certainly racially insensitive. If you can't figure out how, you're either sheltered, ignorant, or just don't care.

Or you're looking for a problem where there isn't one. I said the joke was in poor taste, if you want to take it further and say there should be some kind of ramifications for it ok, but race really had nothing to do with it. The fact that she made a joke about someone who's Black doesn't mean it was done BECAUSE he was Black.

If you're going to be against something, at least be against it for a legit reason.
