That was standard for me in the 8-9 weeks of peak season (July/August, May half term week), where I'd be in by 7:30am to start counting the cash from all the departments, and leave at midnight-ish when the bar was all shut down, six days a week. As well as dealing with all the cash and accounts, I was one of the licensees so was basically left to run the bar, I worked the kitchen, I managed the reception, and I checked all the nature trails etc. They were long, busy days. But outside of those busy weeks the hours were significantly less because there was far less to do, and I was salaried rather than hourly, so it worked out quite well - mid-December to mid-Feb when the park was shut my working day was literally rocking in at some point in the morning, grabbing any cheques that had been sent, and then dropping them at the bank on my way back home, so including travel time I was doing less than two hours a week for full pay, haha. --- ...
