Yep they are blaming wind power even though it and solar make up only ten percent of their power generation. Also weather proofing for extreme cold exists for wind Turbines. States use to extreme cold don't have the problem Texas had. Seems to me they skimped out on weather protection to save money under the assumption they would never deal with extreme cold.

Werent the wind and solar power working fine anyways? They both had what? A 10-15% drop in power, but it was natural gas plants that had their pipes freezing and having 100% power loss the issue.
