Pokemon and VGMC have a list of HM's that scored a 9+, as well. Man, I really think I need to raise the bar again for a 9 rating, given there are 28 of them from VGMC 13 non-retirees alone. Maybe a 9.2 should be the new 9.... Thanks for your participation! Hope you had some nostalgic reminiscing! What would make the best top ten that everyone could kind of agree on?
