As mentioned, you have to operate at a calorie deficit and make good choices about what you eat-- but beyond that, it's best to find what works best for you. If you want to eat more meals, cut your meal size and eat more often. People will recommend one exercise or another, but if you're only trying to lose weight just find what you won't bail on.
