Lifestyle changes, as well as knowledge about various aspects of health, such as the endocrine system (neurotransmitters, hormones, catecholamines), plant-based alkaline diets, whole ingredient foods, fitness and general exercise, and nutrients (high quality macros, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals).

There is no one size fits all approach. Eating less and moving more is a start, but it won't accomplish more than some temporary short-term goals.
