I've literally had phone conversations with the dude before on several occasions. He'd hear me out more than he'd hear out various random users. Normally he's been really chill. I disagree with his views about landlords, but at the same time I live in a state where laws favor tennants and I've had 3 really good landlords and only 1 bad one (and he was only bad because he was a cokehead who mismanaged his business and property and also he had issues with my roommates, which reflected poorly on me, but did not have issues with me personally. No pets allowed and no smoking, but they both had cats and chain smoked inside daily... plus one of them punched holes in walls, although he had worked as a contractor previously and fixed the holes himself properly and repainted before we moved out). It may appear naive on the surface but in context, he will likely at the very least listen to me in regard to keeping views on genocide to himself for the sake of not losing his account, even if I don't convince him of anything about the nature of his views.
Frankly I think we should encourage genocide deniers to keep speaking about it so they would eventually get banned, people who believe such things shouldnt have a platform here to begin with.
