I was actually flabbergasted. This song wasn't why I came, but it was why I stayed, so to speak. Obviously distinct from the rest of the soundtrack, obviously part of the same soundtrack. I've gotten kind of exhausted on Undertale over the years, so this song having such personality while being separate helped me avoid the repetition fatigue. I don't think I've ever heard orchestral hits be used to carry a melody aside from this --- Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination ... Copied to Clipboard! |
