Wherever you choose to go, go with the school offering the best financial package -unless there's a superstar professor you just want to work with - but again, the money will become an issue when you graduate. Also, there is no "Ark of the Covenant" containing special knowledge that is only available at one school, but not another. Take fellowships over loans and ask how long the average student takes to get through the program.
