I usually give him a "special" breakfast (wet food instead of dry food) and dinner (wet food as usual, but with treats sprinkled on top) to celebrate as well as getting him a toy. I actually haven't gotten any new toys for him though because he only ever wants to play with things like sticks and paper. In the past, I would also give my other cat the special "birthday" meal even though it wasn't his birthday just so he wouldn't feel left out. Since I've adopted the cat I was fostering, I guess I need to decide when her birthday is.
