Don't see why things have to suddenly be different for phones. microsoft doesnt allow apps to be sold cut-less on the windows store. Allowing side loading on iOS devices is a separate argument. And really, epic could just move to android since they allow side loading. This is a private business discussion that Epic is trying to bring to court for no legitimate reason.
