Never eat out, never commute to work, never pay for streaming or tv, never pay for parking or concerts or anything. Your fun is free, some of your food is free. Housing is cheap. You also never sit in traffic or wait in line so you have a lot more free time to take classes or work on projects So $100-$150/mo for food, $700 mortgage (half paid by your spouse), +insurances, no debt... You're looking at $700-$1000 every month in total costs I always was accused of being a trust funder...
