| Tom Clark 02/15/21 4:07:03 AM #10: | I'll probably watch it just out of curiosity to see how much Whedon did/didn't change, but I don't expect it to be any good. It's basically a version of a film we all thought was shit first time around, but this time solely made by a director that everyone blames for everything shit about the first wave of DC movies. Oh, and they've added in the Joker that we all thought was dreadful, too. It's a "here's that movie you hated, only we've added more of the things you dislike!" situation, and they've kinda inadvertently struck gold in that there aren't really any new movies coming out at the moment so they've got a captive audience gagging for anything new to watch/discuss. It will be an interesting curiosity piece, but anyone expecting it to be a good movie is probably in for a disappointment tbh. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
