Topic	Well... I insulted a customer.

I told him about it and he said "obviously that's not how it should have been handled, but I have no problems with that." So, I think I'm ok. The main manager will be in tomorrow though, it could go either way with her. But I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. Unless he turns out to have been a secret shopper type deal.
