Majority of wrist injuries happen because people try to break their fall.kind of this; I try to land flat on my back if I can. but sometimes it happens too fast, or you're carrying something or not in a good position, etc. the last time I was carrying a couple bags, and when I slipped I fell hard onto my left shoulder before I could do anything about it.
