My weather app has constantly said it feels like -15 for days and thats completely not normal here (Im not in Texas). Most people dont have winter cars or tires and they dont own snow shovels. Thats a lot of snow if you dont own a shovel to move it. They dont have snowblowers and many of the people in southern states dont own any clothes heavier than a sweatshirt. ...
