The woman was the one who actually engaged in sex with the minor. It would not make sense that she get a collectively lesser sentence by comparison. I know that's not where you were going, I'm just saying it would set a bad precedent if the guy ended up with more prison time than the female perpetrator who was hands-on in the sexual abuse. I am a firm believer that men and women should be tried equally for the same crimes.
