Red Sox is actually right about this. Judicial review is a power the Supreme Court gave itself, not in the Constitution, so the check is literally Congress or the Executive Branch deciding to exercise their own power and just ignore the court's ruling if they disagree.

We are free to start playing hardball any time! The problem is 200 years of goodwill towards the Court and ignoring the rule it literally made up would immediately expose how badly structured our government is.
