No. The Supreme Court can have their own say, but the Senate specifically voted on the constitutionality of the proceedings. Unless the Supreme Court superseded that vote, as far as they were concerned for this trial it was considered constitutional.


In the hypothetical event that Trump was convicted here, SCOTUS absolutely would have been called to make that determination down the line I imagine
