Chappelle is known for 2 things. 1 he is a massive draw even after all these years. 2 if he doesnt like the situation he will not stick around. They legally could have shown his stuff on Netflix and be perfectly in the right since he signed a contract. Netflix also knows he wont stick around even under contract if hes unhappy.
