Topic	Cop who pepper-sprayed 9-yr-old girl told her "you did it to yourself"

A teaser could be lethal and having adult cops manhandle a 9 year old could very easily result in broken bones or other serious injuries. But this is a case where I think it's absolutely clear a mental health worker would have been better suited to the situation than a cop. Ah,I missed that 2nd link, didn't scroll down that far lol. I agree that it's better than if they had tased her, but it definitely could have been handled better. But after reading why they pepper sprayed her, the cop is even more of an ass for saying "you did it to yourself" after.
