They're the cause of the menu discrepancies, late orders, holding positive reviews behind a paywall, charging restaurants wrongfully for general calls made through their links, etc. It's a nightmare for small restaurants. I've talked to many restaurant owners and they all fucking hate it. Not a single person likes the business that comes from it unless they're already selling overpriced shit to begin with. --- ...
