I've been drinking flavored waters from Polar, they're surprisingly good and have zero sugar or artificial sweetener in them. I find the Kirkland brand stuff at Costco to be pretty decent too.

Never had. Ill try it out. Who knows, it might be my go to.

There isn't an unhealthy sugar replacement so don't worry about what gives you the most benefits. Choose the one that tastes best for you. Stevia and Sucralose is what I use mostly, but I have monk fruit in the house too.

OK cool. I just buy Monkfruit this time and see how it goes. No harm in experimenting then. Thanks
