Topic	I refuse to see a therapist or go to group therapy of any sort.

The doctor offers drugs and/or CBT for my seemingly anxiety issues(still not convinced). I tried two different types of drugs then decided to go without them. Some CBT stuff helps though. Walking/hiking is however one of my biggest helps.
