Millennials * Millennials like to feel like they are really destitute & desperate so anything you can do to make them feel degraded goes a long way. They also like brunch
Boomers * Their minds have been fried by decades of office work & cable tv, so they are basically only capable of talking about traffic and weather, so engage them on those two topics. Occasionally they will talk about their adult children so it is also important to fake an interest in that. Boomers also love make jokes by describing scenes from old TV shows and expect you to laugh at their 10 minute description, as if they just made a witty zinger
Gen X * Basically the same thing as a Boomer but they have probably smoked a joint when they were 17. Making comments about how it's Friday and you can't wait to have a beer after work goes a long way with these people
The Greatest Generation * They're pretty much dead but asking them about the shifting racial demographics of the town they live in will bring them back to life for one more racist tirade
