However, the JP is all the same - You get more JP in a class per action the higher it levels Also, there is a thing called Spill-Over JP, in which everyone on your team gets a little JP whenever someone uses an action. If your Time Mage got some JP for casting Haste on a unit, everyone on your party that's alive will also get a little bit of Time Mage JP. So making everyone the same class will make it go quicker I have a 12-hour save in which I have all of the Jobs unlocked on a Level 1 Ramza by using nothing but Spill-Over JP --- ...
