Topic	Do you shower when you wake up in the morning?

They help wake me up, it makes my hair easier to style, and that clean feeling after a shower just puts me in a better mood overall and makes me feel more confident. I've gotten to the point where just hearing the shower running will start waking me up before I step foot into the water. My body is just conditioned that way. I also shower at night after a workout, but it's typically more of a quick rinse just to get the sweat off.
