Depends, is tripping your opponent against the rules? If so, then no it wouldnt be all well, itd be cheating and they should be disqualified. If tripping isnt against the rules, the tripper did what they had to do to win, and they cant be knocked for that.
If anything Trump and/or his legal team was doing was against the law, theyd be expelled and/or prosecuted and/or convicted.
If they win within the legal confines of what theyre able to get away with, winning is winning and it doesnt matter how silly anyone looks while winning, they won.
What if before the race, the judges said they would award X person the win no matter what. ---
