I had a very bad few years in my 20s where I'd really relate tho. Every laugh was forced and every conversation was work. Not cool. BUT, it wasn't forever no matter how much it wanted to convince me it was. So stay in there and try to focus on the day by day. Fake a more happy attitude and one day it might click back into place.
