Literally nothing trump said at that rally is speech that isn't constitutionally protected by the first amendment. And if questioning the results of an election is gonna be considered seditious... is that really a precedent you guys wanna set? Because you're forging a direct path to our government throwing you in jail for questioning the legitimacy of an election. And if that's the case, anyone who said Russia manipulated the election or questioned the electoral college system the last 4 years also would be a seditionist by that same criteria. Do we really wanna give the government the power to jail people for questioning an election? Think about that carefully before you decide that you wanna stick it to the people on "the other team"
