Honestly anyone who goes after anyone under 17 (I only say that because a 19 year old and a 17 year old isnt really a big deal, once you hit 20 though you need to fuck right off) should seek help. If it's under 16 (AoC in every developed country except the US although also the AoC in majority of the US) it's more than needing to seek help, it's a crime.
