So pointing out the technicality hes using to distinguish with that person in an argument there is kinda the point. Obviously, anytime someone makes a correction or clarification in regards to this kind of stuff it doesnt matter because people only want to say, OMG defending a creepy perverted child molester! or whatever nonsense. By law, the distinction doesn't matter nor will any form of justification will protect you from being convicted of a felony...
