I wait 15 minutes into open then set a limit order that is 5-15% lower then the price. If my order is filled great I can get a bounce back or if it keeps going down I haven't lost as much as if I bought at the open. If it doesn't get filled I dont feel bad about it since I know I didnt chase it. Got caught up in the hype.
